At these events, we want you, your friends, family and colleagues by signing a “Declaration of Choice and Independence” to be delivered to your federal legislators. Let us know your plans and if you’d like us to help with the delivery.

Already have an event planned? Not to worry. You can turn any event into a “Declaration of Choice and Independence” celebration. If you’re having a barbecue, reserve a “Declaration Signing” table. Ask attendees to sign the Declaration and learn more about this important issue. Whatever you do, the stories and signatures you share will help us make it affordable to care.
