Yesterday, the first of two HUD conference calls on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA)/Stimulus Reporting took place, and, according to our own Colleen Bloom, it was very helpful. She said a good number of members shared their information on what they had learned as well as their answers to reporting requirements not previously identified. The second — and similar — call will be held today at 12 p.m. Eastern.
HUD is preparing a comprehensive FAQ that we expect will be posted online sometime today. It will cover everything discussed/learned during the series of calls.
We encourage you to continue to submit problems (or even share back best resources/answer received from CCR and/or DUNS) with HUD (be sure to copy Colleen Bloom).
The following are the individual help-desk contacts for the various reporting/registration agencies:
HELPDESK CONTACTS:
DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) – Phone 866-705-5711
CCR (Central Contractor Registry) – Phone: 866-606-8220
FederalReporting.gov – Phone: 877-508-7386
We are hearing universally that, though the wait can be long (upwards of 30 mins), the contacts on the other end are proving both pleasant and helpful.
